Corpus marking (No prior experience required)
Recognize and annotate of speech corpus, including speech correction, audio proofreading, rhythm division, etc.
Understand the local (Singapore) or other English accents, correct the mispronunciation of the syllables / words, delivery the timely feedback to recording problems;
Good communication skill, detail oriented work habit and very patient.
With stenography background is a plus
Script Developing
Work with customers, quickly understand and learn the current customer practice and scenarios;
Collect recording materials, assist voice interaction designers to communicate with customers, establish a script model, and compile script to meet the needs of project target;
Coordinate with customers and teams to complete script application, testing, training, daily inspection and report delivery;
Anticipate all possible scenarios of customer reply and expand the script knowledge base
Recording
Record voice materials by imitating roles of customer scenarios and need
Anticipate all possible scenarios of customer reply and adjust tone and style to suite each scenario
Clear pronunciation in speech is required
Customer service experience or drama/theater experience is a plus
