We are working with some of the world’s leading companies, such as food retailers, food processors and commodity traders, providing them the tools to assess and track quality across their supply chain. We are looking for a passionate intern who can help us on the product side and with the deployment of the solution with key corporate account(s). You will get to work with various teams - sales, product and technology - to drive the implementation. This is a great opportunity for a tech-oriented candidate to learn first-hand from the brightest minds in computer vision, data science, product, hardware and agriculture/food.
This role is for Singapore but will require occasional travel to countries within Asia Pacific. For an excellent performer, this internship engagement may also lead to a full-time opportunity.
You will be responsible for the following.
-Work across teams to support and monitor the development and implementation plan for 1-2 specific projects in the region
-Project management across stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure delivery
-Visiting client sites in the region and engage with their internal teams
-Support India-based Product team for regional accounts
-Create marketing and sales collateral
The following are the required qualifications.
-Pursuing a full-time engineering course in software / hardware / data science with good academics
-Previous relevant internship experience, preferably with a startup or a tech company
-Detail-oriented and cross-functional
-Excellent command of Mandarin, both oral and written
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Ability to influence teams without having direct authority over them
The following experience and qualifications are useful but not mandatory.
-Knowledge of UX designs (wireframes, mockups)
-Knowledge in software testing
-Basic understanding of machine learning
