The Job
As a Programme Manager, you will manage the team that runs the Company's programme. This is the main company building part which begins from when the Company has decided to invest in the new company.

You are responsible for:
Participating in talent outreach through sourcing pipelines and high touch interactions
Supporting the selection and interview process for co-founders
Creating a world-class pre-joining experience for offer holders.
Spending time with offer holders to ensure they join.
Problem-solving with selected offer holders to prepare them.
Working with sole founders to help them progress into teams.M
Managing team breakups and formation.
Working with the founders to develop their ideas.

The Profile
You are excellent with process and people and you are strategic but enjoy getting your hands dirty.
You possess high EQ and are able to move between moments of high-intensity decision making as well as emotive and difficult interpersonal situations.
You have been a founder or worked in an early-stage startup and you enjoy working in a fast-paced role.
You have worked at a top-tier company and also with startups at a senior level.
You are an expert problem solver and an engaged upside thinker who thinks on their feet and you are extremely ambitious.
You have a strong growth mindset along with outstanding organisational skills
You possess strong communication skills, and you can manage competing priorities.
