Southeast Asia (SEA) is one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. Navigating the region is, however, not an easy task. More than any other global region, SEA represents a group of culturally, economically, and commercially distinct countries. This makes it challenging to create the right go-to-market strategy for your startup in this region. We’ll be talking Ongki Kurniawan, Head of Indonesia & ex-Executive Director at Grab, on his own experiences. He will also share frameworks to consider when thinking about your own GTM strategy.

3 Key Takeaways:
  1. How to understand your target market and demographic
  2. How to nail your value proposition and product messaging
  3. How to create the right pricing and distribution strategy
