About the Speakers

Hazel Savage

With over 14 years experience in the music industry, Hazel Savage is a UK national with a global network of experience and contacts. She spent six years in London working at Universal Music Group and Shazam, five in Australia at Pandora, and three years in Singapore working at BandLab and her most recent venture, Musiio. Savage is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Musiio, a music tech company that uses artificial intelligence for music curation with applications for sync, streaming and A&R.

Leanne Robbers

She Loves Tech

Leanne Robers is an angel investor, entrepreneur, advisor to startups and community builder. She is the co-founder of She Loves Tech, the world’s largest pitch competition focused on women in technology. She also heads up the Pitch Perfect programme at CRIB, which helps female founders get connected to Angel investors. Leanne has founded a diverse portfolio of businesses, including Comish (an art x technology platform), a fintech service platform and a lifestyle company that built and managed boutique hotels and F&B outlets. Prior to her startup journey, she worked at corporates in the UK and across SEA covering a variety of roles, including business development, consulting and leadership. She holds a BS in Psychology and an MSc in Leadership and Management from the University of Pennsylvania.

Lauren Stephenson

Lauren’s skillset of passionate B2B strategist combined with zen-like patience (from all the yoga) makes for one well-rounded marketer. Lauren started her career at Network Ten Australia as part of their founding digital team. Back then no-one believed that you’d ever consume television content online. How times have changed. Spending the next 7 years in Paris, Lauren created successful marketing strategies for multiple B2B start-ups before moving to London. It’s here she discovered her passion for all things tech, whilst working for a SaaS start-up. Now based in Singapore, Lauren heads up the marketing team at Nugit, helping enterprises, publishers and technology companies understand the business-enhancing power of Data Storytelling.
