Job Description and Requirements:  

Position: Account Manager-Executive (B2B SaaS Sales)

Responsibilities:

- Define and execute customer acquisition plans to support lead generation, lead conversion and customer retention goals.
- Engage and maintain quality relationships with enterprise customers.
- Willing to go the extra mile for our customers and partners.
- Attend events that use Pigeonhole Live and analyse product/market fit, identify potential turnkey features and observe overall customer experience using Pigeonhole Live at the events.
- Monitor trends within and around potential market of Pigeonhole Live and provide quantitative, anecdotal and product feedback to increase engagement.
- Flexible for business-related travels.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track records in acquisition of enterprise customers.
- Experience in the Events / PR Agencies / Media industries would be a great bonus.
- A passion for data and its usefulness to support decisions that drive measurable performance.
- Positive, self-starting and results oriented.
- Strong in negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and performs in fast-paced environment.
