Provide Fraud and Spam detection (fake/inactive follower identification);
Offer a built-in search engine to find the best influencers in the market based on specific criteria;
Showcase a built-in Social Listening platform connected to influencers' performances;

We are looking for a person able to contribute to our brand’s activity in:
Conducting regular and consistent quality checks on client accounts
Addressing client queries with regards to the platform and escalating to relevant parties where necessary
Advising clients on maximizing the potential of their account
Maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships
Collaborating with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the industry
Conducting in-person or remote tutorial sessions with new clients with assistance
Furthermore, you will also:
Conduct research on the latest trends on social media and analytics
Consolidate research into blog posts on the corporate blog to keep clients updated
Requirements and Competencies
Some experience in client management or service
Experience in IT services and solutions is a plus
Ability to handle multiple account management projects at a time
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
