Job Description
We are looking for a backend engineer to work closely with our product and machine learning teams to develop solutions for on-premise and dedicated cloud applications on top of our cutting-edge software. As a backend engineer, you should be comfortable with back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. If you are someone who wants to contribute to solving challenging technical problems with exposure to the forefront of deep learning, this is the role for you!
The role will also require collaborating with project and product teams to transfer ideas into product solutions and applications.
Background
· Proven experience in backend development (3+ years)
· Strong programming skills with proven experience implementing Python based backends
· Familiarity with databases (e.g. PostgresSQL, MySQL)
· Experience with REST APIs (Flask, FastAPI)
· Knowledge of AWS Cloud architecture and services such as AWS Lambda, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Elastic Search
· Knowledge of container and scaling solutions (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
· Ability to interpret and implement research ideas and algorithms
· Creative, collaborative, and innovation-focused
· Strong sense of project ownership and personal responsibility
