Plano aims to manage smart device use and the risks of myopia in children. In an increasingly digitalized world, kids are getting access to smart devices at a younger age. This early exposure and excessive use can have serious eye health, mental health and behavioural repercussions if left unchecked.
Plano is a home-grown start-up that was incubated in the Singapore National Eye Centre. The first product is an innovative parental management tool that runs in the background of smart devices, and uses the phones sensors to pick up myopia risk factors and unsafe usage habits. Job Description and Requirements:  

plano is searching for an energetic and passionate sales executive to join its rapidly growing team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing commercial partnerships with vendors for the plano shop, an e-commerce platform that focuses on outdoor activities, fun, creativity and enrichment for children. Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and contacting vendors to sign up as plano shop partners
Achieve targets and KPI’s as set by the Business development lead
Manage plano shop entries
Fulfillment of orders on the plano shop
Maintain partner relationships through regular updates
Customer support

Qualifications & Skills

This position requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma. >2 years’ experience in sales is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in business development, a track record of managing client relationships, and knowledge of e-commerce platforms are favored.
