Daylight Studios is a Singapore-based game development studio founded in May, 2011. We heavily emphasise creative innovation in our games in areas of game design mechanics, art and technical implementation.

We have gained significant recognition as a developer from SEA, serving over 2.5 million players worldwide. Our latest game, Holy Potatoes: A Weapon Shop! had enjoyed tremendous success worldwide within couple of weeks of its release.

Daylight Studios founded Quest Drop in December 2014 as a mobile game publishing subsidiary. Quest Drop aims to become the bridge to bring high-quality games into South East Asian market.

Job Description and Requirements:  

Do you know a good game from a bad one? What about the hottest mobile games in Japan and Korea? If you like working with people, building relationships, and giving great games the treatment they deserve, we want you. Quest Drop’s business development executive will be responsible for generating new game publishing deals and growth for the company. You will also be in charge of developing and maintaining successful business relationships with industry partners and clients from around the world.

Your key responsibilities are:

-Plan and execute the Company’s game publishing strategies
-Work with management team to identify and evaluate new market, new target clients
-Build and maintain relationships with game developers and business partners
-Understand a client’s business needs and work with the internal teams to develop customized presentations and publishing proposals
-Research methods for identifying prospective game developers and for information to determine their potential
-Attending industry events and networking groups to build relationships with prospective business partners


-Bachelor’s degree or higher from a reputable university
-Fresh graduates are welcome
-Proficient in English and Mandarin
-Highly passionate about gaming industry
-Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
-Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to maintain professionalism at all time
