Job Description and Requirements:  

4xLabs is looking for a driven and resourceful individual to support our regional growth in Asia Pacific. The Business Development Intern will support the Business Development Lead at our APAC HQ, assuming a variety of sales-related roles and responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a passionate team that is revolutionising the cash exchange market with our Biz4x platform for money changers and Get4x platform for travellers.

Responsibilities

- Following up with sales leads from various sources via email, phone or face-to-face meetings
- Qualifying various leads and moving them through the conversion funnel to a paid subscription
- Acquiring money changer customer leads from various online and offline sources (website, directories, events, associations)
- Assisting in onboarding new clients and pitching to potential new customers with sales demos
- Client account management; building and maintaining relationships with money changer partners across the region
- Assisting in reviewing current CRM processes and preparation of account status reports
- Creating sales demos, proposals and related resources to educate existing and potential new clients on new features and the value of the Biz4x solution

Requirements

- Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter
- Service-oriented mindset
- Diploma or degree holder
- Fluency in one other Asian language is a bonus
