Job Description and Requirements:  

Client Success Management is an integration of functions and activities of Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Training and Support into a new profession to meet the needs of recurring revenue model companies.

The Client Success Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining good client relationships which promote retention and loyalty. The position involves working closely with clients ( from Fortune 500 brands to small brands) in a proactive manner to ensure their satisfaction with Popular Chips platform and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Additionally, the CSM will also be involved in B2B marketing strategies to gain new clients and to grow usage of our product.

Your role

The CSM is focused on:

Educating our clients on the flexibility and capabilities of our software so they are encouraged to continue being our clients;

Provisioning of new-user training, providing recurring training, overviews and previews of new releases;

Developing and maintaining relationship with clients, including increasing product adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction;

Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and talking with clients about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs;

Driving continued value of products and services by contacting new clients proactively with custom Influencer Marketing analyses on LinkedIn or Instagram;

Creating support documents, which would allow for self-service support;

Writing blog articles on Influencer Marketing to attract new clients.

Excellent communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal);

Strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to think “outside-the-box”;
