Compliance Intern

Company Overview:
Holland & Marie is a recently launched compliance advisory firm. Our target clients are small to medium size financial services firms, funds and other businesses that need compliance support. Our services include outsourced compliance, outsourced General Counsel support, licensing, internal audit and compliance training. We also provide c-suite solutions to executive management and boards of directors. Our senior team has CEO, CFO, COO, General Counsel and Board of Directors experience across different industries and stages of development.

Job Description:
You’d be tasked with:
- Basic drafting projects (assisting with preparing agreements and presentations) - Marketing assistance (research and execution of marketing initiatives) - Proof-reading documents and articles prior to publishing on various sites - Substantive compliance research - Set up conference meetings with clients across the various time zones - Website assistance - Assistance organizing events

Requirements:
We’re looking for an individual who has:
- Accountancy, Business, Banking, Finance or Economics background - Good excel, powerpoint and word skills; familiar with Pivot table, VLOOKUP, Macro - Interest in the compliance sector
The individual should also have an eye for detail, maturity for their age, initiative, ability to work independently and be someone who is a good team player.
