Job Description and Requirements:  

As an experienced marketing professional, you know how to create an exceptional customer experience and optimize user activation across the acquisition funnel.

You take a data driven approach to improving product, sales and marketing strategy, with the customer at the heart of everything we do. You get things done in a lean and dynamic environment and how to run product marketing experiments fast to iterate, learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep research and analysis of our customers through direct interactions and data,
to provide insights that guide product, sales and marketing strategy and win opportunities.

• Improve sales and marketing effectiveness by optimizing the lead nurturing, onboarding and conversion process through sales and marketing automation. Introduce tools across sales and marketing that improves the conversion of leads and sales efficiency.

• Use your knowledge of the customer to input into messaging across sales and marketing,
developing content strategies that communicate product value to the market, attracting a qualified audience.

• Grow new qualified leads, by optimising site traffic conversion through landing pages and
lead generation content.

• Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand which processes convert and
continually refine processes.

• Be a catalyst to innovate new product features or services and work with the broader team
to assess technical feasibility and implement these.

• Together with the product team, create product focused content to use in website copy,
blog posts, case studies, product videos etc to articulate the product benefits.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of working experience with a strong background in consumer insights, CRM, sales and marketing strategy.

• Detailed knowledge of sales and CRM tools such as SalesForce, Hubspot or PipeDrive.

• Proven experience working with sales and marketing to optimize the selling experience.

• Background in a tech environment including product marketing.

• Excellent communication skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality.

• Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
