Job Description and Requirements:  
Pillpresso is looking for an Electrical Engineer Intern to join the team.
 
You’ll be working closely with the founders to build an innovative hardware & software IoT platform in digital medicine. The aim is to digitise medication management and track medication compliance for patients, caregivers and nurses alike – in home-care and hospital settings.
 
Your role is to develop and optimise the firmware and electrical design of the medication assistive device.
 
 
SKILLS NEEDED:
  • C/C++ Programming
  • Good proficiency in PCB design software, e.g. Altium, Eagle
  • Embedded systems debugging, e.g. RTOS or equivalent
  • SMD/SMT components, soldering and assembly
 
GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:
  • Electrical systems design and prototyping (microcontroller development with current experience in Raspi/Arduino platforms)
  • Python and Java is a plus.
  • Has applied Agile methodology in EE projects
 
WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Past experience in prototyping and firmware is preferred.

  • Curious – you never stop learning. You stay up to date with the latest technologies to expand your skillset. Working on personal / open-source projects and active learning initiatives are a good sign of your passion to learn and solve problems.
