JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Experience in analog and digital circuitry components and design of PCB layouts, Good in soldering/de-soldering of different type of PCB components, including surface mounted, Knowledge and experience of electronics schematic and PCB design software, Ability to utilise Altium PCB Designer, Experience in firmware development, testing and debugging would be a plus, experience in Power Electronics will be an added advantage. Support activities including electronics workbenches and equipment; analogue and digital system testing equipment. Support hardware design and analysis equipment; PCB design, prototyping and fabrication stations; Be In-charge of analysers and measurement instruments; integration, experimentation and testing environments; CAD; System architecture; concept development; simulation and modelling; design of experiment; data analysis; prototyping; system integration; component and constrains evaluation; Schematic evaluation and design; PCB layout; design verification and FMECA; Electrical hardware design, analysis and testing in digital and analog systems, power management, logic-based analysis for design investigation and verification; Design for EMI/EMC and countermeasures; Assist in embedded applications development environments;Provide expertise and support services in experimentation, design, engineering, prototyping and production; Other ad-hoc jobs and/or duties that are so assigned to you.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent. Candidate should be accustomed to working in high-pressure environments and must be able to deliver within tight timelines.
Mandarin Speaking candidate would be a plus. Initial 3 months will be based out of Shenzhen, remaining in Singapore. Opportunity to attend and present work at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2018) may be provided.
