Be part of a fast-growing startup The Job You will be responsible for: Executing projects by conducting interview sessions with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, recommending solutions and preparing impact reports Developing new ideas and methodologies as the range of clients and issues expands. You will also own the development and execution of these ideas Expanding a network of HR solution providers and partners, while establishing good working relationships to increase the range of solutions offered to clients Growing a client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients The Profile You have at least 2 years experience, ideally but not necessarily in HR or Management Consulting You are able to think through issues in a structured way and articulate, and defend your chosen methodology You keep up to date on the latest trends in technology, and can quickly understand and use new technology and applications You are a credible and convincing communicator with a strong command of written English You are a problem-solver who thinks up creative ways to overcome challenges You may apply for this role using the following link:
