A IoT startup that tackles the food wastage problem in Singapore.
- Build out a basic architecture for our computer vision capabilities
- Develop machine learning algorithms to identify food items
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/masters in computer science, computer engineering or related field
- Experience in deploying platforms and managing data on the cloud (Google cloud suite, AWS, etc.
- Experience with Node.js and Python
Preferred skills:
- Experience with image pre-processing
- Past projects in computer vision/machine learning
- 1-2 years experience in computer vision/machine learning
- Experience with server development using Node.js
Non-Technical requirements:
- Confident enough to lead a project and make major decisions regarding the future development of our product.
- Able to communicate fluently and confidently in English
- Able to work independently or in groups and require little to no hand holding
- Willing to roll up sleeves to get hands dirty
- Willing to be called upon to do anything
- High level of social awareness and emotional intelligence
