CoachRadar is an online booking platform that connects parents and kids with trusted sports coaches in Singapore. At CoachRadar, we champion promoting well-balanced development in kids, which we firmly believe is essential for kids today. We partner with certified and experienced sports coaches in Singapore and make it simple for parents to find and book lessons for their kids with trusted sports coaches.
We are looking to hire an Operations and Marketing Intern to join our young and dynamic team.
You will work closely with our team and external stakeholders to ensure that our operations run smoothly and build our brand.
What you will be exposed to:
* Onboarding of coaching partners, responding to enquiries and maintaining great relationships
* Onboarding of customers, responding to enquiries and gathering customer feedback
* Assist with continuous improvement of operational processes
* Develop, execute and review marketing strategies and campaigns across platforms (email, social media, events etc)
* Engage and grow our audience through social media outreach (strategy and content)
* Support the team on general administrative duties
Requirements:
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
Team player and self-starter
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions will be valued
Experience with marketing and social media engagement will be valued
Able to commit full time for at least 3 months.
