WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Responsible for the day-to day operations of the Singapore hub, including but not limited to: monitoring operational costs, managing office budget and liaising with our accountant to ensure expenses are efficiently organized and promptly updated.
- Collaborate with our Business Development Lead to coordinate and plan international work trips, meetings across different time zones, and organize internal KPI reporting processes.
- Coordinate logistics (catering, printing, media invites) for the events we host in the innovation and blockchain space in Singapore
- Liaise with stakeholders and clients in different countries to ensure the successful execution of monthly marketing events such as blockchain meetups and corporate workshops. Assist with updating our website and social media channels (Medium, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as required, such as supporting with market research, internal organization of sales documents, and planning work dinners/social events for clients visiting us from abroad.

- Fresh graduates welcome! (Note: 3-month probation period prior to full-time conversion. Promotion opportunity to Operations Manager in less than 1 year. We're looking for someone who wants to actively contribute to our startup growth, with increasing levels of responsibility over time)
