Product Manager

The Product Manager works closely with the co-founders to plot the course and future of our young company.

As the Product Manager, you will focus on identifying consumer and business problems and you’ll be at the intersection of business, design, and engineering.

Product Managers have to be technical enough to understand how our underlying products are built and have an eye for design. You are disciplined to get things done, yet highly creativity and can define a vision for your product and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product.

To be successful, you will be at the forefront and need to be a masterful communicator who works in bringing teams together and driving them towards the singular goal of making a product successful.

Responsibilities:

Define, manage and execute against our technology roadmap and high level goals.
Own the product roadmap, objectives and KPIs
Conduct market research to guide product strategy and identify opportunities for new products and use cases
Define and execute product launches and go-to-market
Understand user needs and behaviour
Evangelize our product and drive customer adoption
Work with engineering teams to prioritize development and ensure that high-quality product is shipped on time
Qualifications:

Background in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related fields
3+ years in a senior product management experience at a tech company
Enterprise tech experience with technical depth that lets you understand and earn the respect of world-class engineers
A strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate well in all sorts of situations and provide clear and concise briefs
Demonstrated success in delivering compelling products in a fast-growing, dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Experienced team builder, and know how to effectively implement team goals and deadlines
