Job Description and Requirements:  

Your Task

Identifying new business leads and aggressively developing new market
Developing and implementing outreach plans to meet sales target and aim to secure projects with good profitability
For the qualified clients, become and be the Account Manager – responsible for starting the relationship.
Support the client onboarding / registration process by coordinating between the client and Compliance of FOMO.
Meet Revenue goals by meeting the targets on - # of prospects contacted; # of clients on-boarded and Payment volume.
Liaising with customers on technical specifications; Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems through co-ordination with internal and external departments and/or parties.
Performing other assigned duties if necessary

Requirements

English & Chinese speaking required, master another language will be a plus
Prior Sales (generating revenue) experience in Remittances industry from Singapore to abroad is a must.
Previous business-to- business –customer or sales experience is required.
Familiar with remittance industry and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Responsible and proactive personality
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office
