You will be responsible for:
Managing customer data, business processes, automated sales and business needs on a daily basis.
Monitoring data quality, data migrations, and data integration.
Assisting in creation of long term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use.
Manage the company’s dynamic Salesforce system while communicating with team members to effectively to create the backbone for future expansion.
Providing advice to the team and help improve inefficiencies by anticipating technical problems and provide solutions.
You have at least 3 years experience within a CRM/Database Management role, preferably in start-ups and enjoy setting up systems and processes to structure a young, fast-growing team.
You have a strong Engineering or relevant background and you are able to interact with employees from different departments.
You enjoy fast iterations, analytics and can effectively communicate complex concept.
You are a self-starter with extensive experience in Salesforce CRM software administration and handling.
You are knowledgeable in B2C CRM Management.
Preferably you are experienced in Pardot Marketing software.
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
