Boodopt
About the company:

We are a B2B Startup incubated in NUS Enterprise, The Hangar. We help E-commerce clients increase website conversion and lowering cart abandonment by building embedded tool-tips. The idea here is to remove the need for a stand-alone FAQ page and instead populate elements on the website with hotspots that answer web visitors' questions where they are most likely to arise.

We are a growing startup and huge believer in building products that work. Hence, we are huge on marketing testing and hypothesis validation. We started this project because of our own experience navigating websites and commerce stores. There never seems to be sufficient information at the places where it matters most (i.e. Shipping terms, return policies, product information). We want to change that and we know the market opportunity here from our earlier rounds of testing with E-commerce sellers.
