Job Description and Requirements:  

VP Online Marketing

- Conduct keyword research, social listening, and provide analysis, insights and recommendations
- Drive strategy for Paid Search; manage, expand, and optimize paid search campaigns to meet allowable metrics
- Drive creative direction for ads, ad copy, and landing pages to optimize channels
- Help develop SEO strategies with the ability to forecast and measure the impact of those strategies
- Demonstrate strong understanding of SEO onsite and offsite best practices and remain current on SEO industry news and trends, specifically on search engine algorithms
- Utilize industry standard tools for channel auditing and reporting
- Recommend and implement onsite optimizations, including URLs, title tags, header tags, and meta descriptions
- Execute profitable media buys through display channels, retargeting networks, social paid ads, and email lists
- Determine test budgets, media, and buying strategy
- Coordinate creative direction and implementation.
- Continuously test, optimize, and analyse campaigns to achieve and maintain KPIs
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with media partners and internal team members
- Track the market for trends, opportunities, etc. and use that information to make recommendations
- Ability to work independently and in a team with some ambiguity
- Demonstrate value against all initiatives by providing weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics reports

- 5+ years of marketing experience – minimum of 3 years SEM/SEO experience
- Experience in analyzing key marketing metrics
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute projects from beginning to end
- Experience using data to develop actionable insights
- Strong Excel skills
- BS degree in marketing, business or similar discipline
