We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilties:
Facilitate overall office administration duties
Organize and maintain schedules of Director
Work closely with HR team by providing administrative support
Attend to potential candidates professionally
Able to undertake adhoc projects assignments by Director
Requirements:
Should possess a Diploma/Degree qualification
Positive attitude, good interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to multi-task and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Practice discretion and confidentiality
Able to start work immediate or within short notice
Full time position
Working hours: 10am to 7pm (5 day work week)
