In this online edition, we bring together tech startups from Singapore and beyond and Japanese corporates to:

■ Understand and overcome challenges in the Japan market

■ Learn more about opportunities for international startups in Nagoya, Japan

8VERLINK is a deep-tech startup graduated from the NUS flagship startup programme GRIP in 2021. 8VERLINK’s mission is to become the enabler for the adoption of wireless sensor networks and platforms for real-time monitoring with battery-free solution, hassle-free deployment and maintenance-free operation. Due to our advances in low-power circuits and wireless power transfer technology, 8VERLINK's sensors can operate without battery and provide real-time continuous data without downtime. The solution can be applied to many applications where there is extensive use of sensors for monitoring, including facility management, machine health monitoring, and asset management.

■ F-drones

F-drones’ vision is a world where logistics is more efficient and sustainable. We develop and operate proprietary aerial delivery drones, which can deliver 5kg loads over 50km. F-drones is the first company in the world to provide 24-hour commercial beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) drone deliveries
